Ryan Unger
is the co-founder and creative director of Punchkick Interactive, America's first design firm to focus exclusively on full-service mobile marketing. Ryan has over 15 years of experience with programming and development, and has dedicated the past five years almost exclusively to emerging and mobile technologies. Ryan has spearheaded mobile efforts for many of the world's most well-recognized brands including Qualcomm, GE, UPS, Pearson Education, Anne Geddes, and the ASPCA.
During his career, Ryan's work has received a number of design and marketing awards from organizations including the Mobile Marketing Association, the American Advertising Federation, the Public Relations Society of America, and the Web Marketing Association. He has been cited in the book Mobile Web Design by Cameron Moll, has authored for Adobe.com, and previously sat on Adobe's Mobile and Devices Advisory Committee. Currently, Ryan serves as a judge for the Web Marketing Association's WebAward competition as well as the Internet Advertising Competition.
Zak Dabbas
is the co-founder and managing partner of Punchkick Interactive. A self-described mobile evangelist, he has played a key role in the launch of mobile campaigns for brands including Qualcomm, UPS, Motel 6 and Pearson Education. Zak oversees all mobile development for Punchkick, and received his J.D. from the Case Western Reserve University School of Law. He serves as a judge for the Web Marketing Association's WebAward competition, and has been a conference speaker at the nation's largest e-retailing conference, the Internet Retailer Conference and Expo.
Zak's personal theory on mobile marketing is very simple: content is king. Only by creating engaging mobile campaigns which provide something of true value to an end user, can the mobile marketing medium emerge as the unstoppable force it is destined to be.
